I grew up in an average family, but my parents strongly maintain my education quality. Since kindergarten I was schooled in the best private school in Surabaya. In 1997 the economic crisis hit and affected our family. My father lost his job, and however because he was over 55 at that time, he is no longer can apply for a job. Gratefully he still has a small amount of pension for our daily needs. But the quality of my education was never set lower. When going to college, my parents give me the rest of severance they had to pay for registration and tuition fees at the best private university in town. The money is enough for 3 semesters. I worked hard as part time teacher computer lab and in two high schools to earn money for tuition fees and our family's daily needs, as well as study hard to finish college in 4 years. However I missed 4 years and was able to finish in 4.5 years. I don't have fancy cars, latest cellphone or laptop at that time, only a motorcycle and mind full of motivation and spirit that I must be able to get my parents out of this situation as fast as I can.
And I made it. Those hardwork with mindfull of positive motivation paid. Today I work as Sales Manager in the largest FMCG company in Indonesia, I have over ten years experience in both building business and building people. Has spoken in front of 1000+ people from company's internal, business partners and religius organization. Certified NLP Practitioner from IANLP.
